Hey Kim - here's the recipe for monkey bread! enjoy!
 
Melyssa Moore's Monkey Break

2 cans buttermilk biscuits
3/4c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

topping: 3/4 stick margarine
3/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix sugar and cinnamon. Cut each biscuit into quarters and put in bowl with sugar mix (I just used a turkey roasting bag, put the sugar mix and biscuit pieces in there and shook it, worked perfectly). Layer pieces of dough in bundt pan. Prepare topping: Melt margarine, add brown sugar and vanilla. Bring just to a boil. Pour hot topping over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Invert on plate.
